Frequently Asked Questions

While walk-ins are welcome during 6 AM – 8 PM, we strongly recommend calling or WhatsApp-ing us in advance to ensure our practitioners are available and accommodation can be arranged if needed for residential treatment. This helps us give you the best possible care.

Yes. As a registered NGO, we provide completely free treatment (including free organic food and accommodation) for patients from BPL (Below Poverty Line) families. Please bring your BPL card or relevant income certificate. Verification is done compassionately and without judgment.

Treatment duration depends on the condition. Acute conditions may see improvement in 3–7 days. Chronic conditions like arthritis, diabetes, cervical spondylosis typically require 14–21 day residential programs. Panchakarma and Moksha Therapy have fixed 7–10 day intensive programs. We'll discuss the right duration after the initial consultation.

Yes, you should never abruptly stop prescribed medications, especially for serious conditions. Our practitioners work alongside your existing treatment plan. As your condition improves through natural therapies, your doctor may gradually reduce medications. We coordinate with your primary physician when needed.

Comfortable cotton clothing (preferably white or light colors), basic personal hygiene items, any existing medical reports or prescriptions, and your health insurance card. We provide bedding, towels, yoga mats, and all therapy essentials. Leave processed foods, alcohol, and tobacco at home — they are not permitted on premises.

Yes, we provide supportive natural care for cancer patients. Our therapies help manage pain, improve immunity, reduce side effects of chemotherapy/radiation, and support the body's natural healing. We do not claim to "cure" cancer but our natural therapies significantly improve quality of life and may support recovery. We always work in coordination with your oncologist.

Absolutely. We treat patients of all ages. For children, we use gentle Ayurvedic medicines, acupressure (not acupuncture), and specific therapeutic foods. For elderly patients, we provide mobility assistance, gentler therapy versions, and ensure all facilities are accessible. Special care is taken to accommodate different physical abilities.
