The Preparation

Panchakarma

The ultimate Ayurvedic detoxification. It begins in our forest pavilion, where ancient wisdom meets the healing power of the Kawal Reserve. Before the five actions commence, the body must be prepared to release deep-seated toxins.

Purva Karma

Abhyanga

Warm, medicated herbal oils infused with forest herbs are rhythmically massaged into the body. This oleation (Snehana) loosens toxins bound in fatty tissues, preparing them to be flushed from the system.

Deep Nervous System Reset

Shirodhara

A continuous, rhythmic stream of warm golden oil cascades over the third eye. This profoundly relaxing therapy quiets the mind, balances the central nervous system, and opens the pathways for cellular healing.
